How to Use:

1. For oral consumption, take 1-2 tablespoons a day. Feel free to add it to your tea, coffee, smoothies, even your soups. We recommend that you DO NOT take more than 4 tablespoons a day. 

2. Apply the desired amount of Wildcrafted Sea Moss Gel to your face for a moisturizing face mask. Leave the mask on until it is completely dry, then rinse it off with warm water. Apply moisturizer directly after. 

3. Apply the desired amount of Sea Moss Gel to your hair for a hydrating hair mask. Leave it on until it is dry, then rinse it off with warm water. Be sure to moisturize scalp/hair after rinsing the hair mask out.
