PAYMENT:

What are the forms of payment you accept?

We accept United States based cards: credit and debit. These must be issued with the Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logos. 

Do you accept gift cards?

We do not accept external gift cards. Only gift cards issued by "Bèlla Beauty Vegan" can be used for purchases. Please see above for the forms of payments that we accept.

Do you accept PayPal?

No, we do not accept PayPal. Please see above for the forms of payments that we accept.

Do you accept money orders?

No, we do not accept money orders. Please see above for the forms of payments that we accept.

Can you provide me with a discount code for my order? 

Our discounts are applied during promotions. Please follow us on our social media pages and sign up for our Newsletter for announcements on upcoming promotions and sales. 

 

PRODUCT:

My product melted, is it still okay to use it?

Being that all of our products are made with all-natural ingredients, some of the products may melt/change in consistency depending on the temperature. It is okay to either refrigerate or freeze your product, to solidify it and use. Just be sure to mix everything together before chilling/freezing.

 

How do I make a return for a purchase I made online?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any orders. Please refer to our Policies & Terms of Use page located at the bottom of our home page to learn more.

Where can I get some samples?

Please follow us on our social media pages and sign up for our newsletter for announcements on upcoming promotions, sales and sample giveaways.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

Please be sure to read all of the ingredients for the product you desire, BEFORE making your purchase. Being that we do not offer any returns or exchanges, if you notice that your skin is irritated by any product, we recommend that you discontinue use immediately and contact your physician.

How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient that I'm allergic to?

Please visit the product page and check the ingredients list for the product you are interested in.

DELIVERY:

After I place my order, when will my order ship?

  • All orders have a 5-7 business day processing time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has been fulfilled, then shipped by the carrier.
  • Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate processing time of 7-10 business days, upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has been fulfilled, then shipped by the carrier.

How come the tracking number isn’t working?

If your package just shipped, please allow at least 1-2 business days for the carrier to update their site with all accurate tracking information.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

There are NO pick up options at this time as we only offer shipping and local delivery. 

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

  • Once an order has shipped, Bèlla Beauty Vegan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. The customer must enter a safe and accurate address when entering their shipping address. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Also, have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
  • Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend that the receiver is available on the estimated date of arrival of the package.

Do you ship internationally?

All orders ship within the United States, Puerto Rico or to the Virgin Islands. We also ship to Canada, Haiti, Mexico and the United Kingdom.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes; however, we DO NOT deliver locally to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship to military locations (APO/FPO/DPO)?

Yes, we can ship to military locations.

How do I update/cancel my order?

Please send a message to our support email (support@bellabeautyvegan.com) within 24 hours of your order, with your name and order number stating why you need to update/cancel your order.
